In my training I like to adopt an interdisciplinary approach.
My aim is to accompany the person step by step towards achieving their goals, at the same time making them undertake a journey of self-knowledge, giving them something that lasts and that allows them to self-regulate in every moment of everyday life.
I believe it is essential to understand the structure and functioning of the human body, and the key role of moving correctly.
Movement, carried out through training, in addition to bringing benefits on a physical, psychological, emotional and social level, is fundamental for preventing, containing and resolving various pathologies.
