I am Doctor Laura Montella,
Clinical psychologist with a deep passion for the mental well-being of children, adolescents, their families and adults. In the field of child, adolescent and adult psychology, I dedicate myself with care and attention to patients, offering them a welcoming and safe environment where they can explore their thoughts, feelings and concerns.
My practice focuses on a wide range of problems typical of childhood and adolescence, such as anxiety, depression, adjustment difficulties, behavioral and relational problems, as well as challenges related to growth and development. I use evidence-based therapeutic approaches, adapted to the specific needs of each child, adolescent and adult, to promote functional development and/or regulation on an emotional, social and behavioral level.
Furthermore, I offer parent training courses dedicated to parents, providing them with practical tools and emotional support to face educational and relational challenges with their children. Through individual or group sessions, parents learn effective strategies to manage difficult behaviors, improve family communication and foster a harmonious and healthy home environment.
I firmly believe in the importance of actively involving parents in the therapeutic process, as their support and understanding are fundamental to the well-being of their children. My goal is to partner with families to promote the overall well-being of children and adolescents, helping them overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
