Since I was a child I have always had a great predisposition for scientific subjects which aroused great curiosity in me. My interest in the world of nutrition began as a teenager when a chemistry professor told me and my classmates about a new and revolutionary food style which thanks to tangible health benefits had transformed him into a new person. Through an intense and exciting journey in the biological sciences I managed to specialize with full marks in the master's degree in Biology Applied to Nutrition Sciences atUniversity of Milan in 2014. Regularly registered withnational register of the biology orderI constantly try to enrich my cultural background by holding frontal courses food education and participating in conferences on innovative topics including intestinal microbiota, the nutrigenomics and the nutrigenetics and obviously on the latest strategies of body recomposition. Finally, I turn my attention to all the new frontiers of nutrition sustainable current and future in order to make my training as complete and effective as possible.
