I am a Psychologist-Psychotherapist with a Cognitive Constructivist Relational orientation. I work not only on thoughts, but on all mental states. If thoughts change thoughts, only emotions change emotions, and therefore my task as a therapist is to understand and work on the emotions that move in the patient's psyche. The instrument of this change is the relationship between therapist and patient, thanks to which the latter becomes aware of how the world is constructed. This awareness, obtained thanks to a non-judgmental attitude, is the first step towards accepting how we are, which in turn is a necessary step towards the desired change. “We don't see things as they are, we see things as we are”. I mainly deal with anxiety disorders, panic attacks, depression, eating disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders and all those problems that create discomfort and suffering for the person. I am a Mindfulness expert and trainer: I organize courses for adults and children with the aim of reducing, through practice, stress and anxiety and improving awareness of the here and now. “Mindfulness means paying attention, but in a particular way: with intention, in the present moment, in a non-judgmental way.” Since 2019 I have been creating educational content in the psychological field published on digital platforms. I obtained a master's degree in Legal Psychology and I collaborate with the courts as a party Technical Consultant. I mainly follow cases of assessment of psychological damage and marital separation regarding joint or exclusive custody of minor children and its methods.
